Terms of sale.

Thank you for purchasing from me. I guarantee any item of jewellery made by myself. I craft items to withstand daily use. This jewellery is not intended for the use by children and can pose a choking hazard.

Please note that the photos on this website are taken in natural daylight, however with different computer colour variations they may not look the same in real life so please take this into account. I will always describe my jewellery as best as I can.

Postage.

All postage costs include packing. Your items will always be gift wrapped before sending in a padded envelope, this is to ensure safety when being process by the postal service. I always obtain a proof of postage. All orders up to £80 flat rate of £2 postage, all orders over £80 postage free

All measurements of necklaces and bracelets can be altered if they are not the required size so please ask before purchase.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact me and I will endeavor to sort out the problem with either a refund or replacement. I cannot however accept returned earnings due to health and safety issues .

Payment on the site is through Pay Pal

either by bank transfer or credit card your details are kept private and no financial info is seen by me.
